2 Service Description

DIQQA provides the following services:

• Server-side tracking: Installing a tracking script on your store to capture ad click data
• Attribution: Matching ad clicks to purchases to determine the source of sales
• Conversion sending: Sending conversion data to advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, Snapchat) via their official APIs
• Analytics dashboard: Displaying performance metrics such as ROAS, revenue, and platform comparison

3 Terms of Use

• You must be the owner or authorized manager of the e-commerce store you connect to DIQQA
• You must have the necessary permissions to connect advertising accounts (Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat)
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the data provided and the validity of credentials
• Using the platform for any illegal purposes or in violation of advertising platform policies is prohibited
• Attempting unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data is prohibited

4 Accounts and Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms
• All advertising platform API tokens are encrypted and secured in our databases

5 Data and Privacy

• All personal data is hashed with SHA256 before storage
• Your data is used solely to provide tracking and attribution services
• We never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes

• We do not guarantee 100% attribution accuracy due to the nature of tracking technologies
• We are not liable for any losses resulting from business decisions based on platform data
• We are not liable for service interruptions due to maintenance or circumstances beyond our control
• We are not liable for changes in advertising platform APIs that may affect the service

7 Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property rights of the DIQQA platform are reserved by BHSTUDIO LLC
• Copying, modifying, or redistributing any part of the platform without written permission is prohibited
• The tracking script is licensed for use only on stores connected to your account

8 Termination

• You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us
• We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms
• Upon termination, you may request deletion of all your data

9 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. You will be notified of any material changes via email or through a platform notification. Your continued use of the service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
